Dispute Value
Mayus conducts all mediations for all types of disputes. The minimum dispute value for which he accepts instructions for mediations is £2,000,000.
Fees
£20,000 per mediation per day plus vat
This fee includes:
- Up to 3 days pre-reading
- The venue (up to 4 parties)
- Refreshments throughout the day
- Lunch
- Copying facilities
Remote mediations attract a discount of 10%
